Storhamar vs Lørenskog 5-2 (0-0, 2-1, 3-1)
Storhamar never had to come up to their best standard to defeat visiting Lørenskog. The difference in quality was there, but the Yellows struggled with capitalizing on the chances during the first frame.
Lørenskog stroke first in the 2nd act when a Vyacheslav Trukhno deflection beat Oskar Östlund in net, but a couple of quick replies by Steffen Thoresen and Joakim Jensen turned it all around. And Storhamar never looked back.
In the third Hampus Gustafsson made it a two goal game when he finally broke the powerplay deadlock, and at the half way point Martin Rønnild killed the game with a wrister up into the top corner. Both teams scored one more before the final buzzer, Lørenskog by Zach Hamil and Storhamar by Kjetil Martinsen, to make the final score 5-2.
