Storhamar have signed a contract with Canadian born centerman Josh Nicholls (25). The Richmond, BC, native comes from a short spell in the Czech league for HC Litvinov.
Nicholls has mostly played in the junior league WHL and the pro league ECHL during his career, but the 188 cm and 86 kg right shooter also has 22 games in the AHL. Last season he got his first European spell when he played 7 games for Straubing Tigers in the DEL (Germany).
