Finish super veteran centerman Niklas Fogström (36) has signed a one season deal with Storhamar.
The Vasa, Finland, native comes from Färjestad in the Swedish eliteleague, a league in which he’s played 306 games during his long career. He’s also lots of games in Allsvenskan and Mestis (FIN2) on his CV.
Fogström is regarded as a good and smart two-way playmaking centerman with good skating skills. He’s also played many seasons together with Storhamar’s Swedish newcomer Jens Jakobs, a pairing that surely will make its mark in our yellow and blue jersey as well.
